Small Scale Military Headquarters

I am needing to get my hands on a battery charger and battery for the 21st Century 1:6 scale Humvee from a few years ago. My son's charger light just flashes really fast and the battery won't charge. If any one has an extra let me kno how much. His b-day is coming up and I would like to get this soon.
