looking for (through ebay)

Post by catman » Wed Aug 16, 2006 8:51 pm

Hi if someone has one I would like a 1:18 RAF plane except not a spitfire

it has to be navy color, blue and purple?

I know of two, Early release RAF Navy corsair and BBI P51(want the most)

If someone would be willing to sell one through ebay, that would be great, i would pay your selling fees

or if anyone in San antonio listed on ebay i can not pay and drop off a trade item

LMK if anyone has one thanks

RAF P-51 by bbi? I don’t know about this plane. Did I miss something new?

He may be talking about the RAAF (Australian) P-51. It has the British style roundel wing and fuselage markings.
If at first you don't succeed, try, try again. Then quit. No use being a damn fool about it.

Either bite the bullet and get it or suck in your pride and just accept that there are just some things that you cannot get in the world of small scale collecting. Many of the other boardmembers and I know about that first hand

BTW, you have done some nice custom work, so you could get a cheap BBI P-51 and repaint it. I think there was a boardmember who did that a while back...
