21st Century Ultimate Soldier 1/18 UH-1 Bell Huey Helicopter (please read)
From 21st Century Toys, the 1:18 Ultimate Soldier UH-1 Bell Huey utility helicopter, workhorse aircraft of the U.S. Armed Forces.
This toy was an abandoned custom project from years ago. I intended to install working lights and indicators and maybe a 9V motor, but didn't get far. The toy has some parts cut or altered (as shown in the photos).
Here's the list of affected pieces:
1) screw covers on left side were removed to separate the 2 halves.
2) tail rotor stem was removed (rotor blades intact).
3) main rotor shaft was shortened inside to accommodate a motor (no motor, but still spins fine).
4) front cannon was removed from aircraft nose.
5) cyclic sticks were extended a little (so pilots could actually hold them).
6) LED lights installed in center console between pilots.
7) 2 holes were cut underneath hull (underside lights were never installed).
Otherwise the toy is a little dusty but clean, from a smoke-free home. Please see photos for the items you will receive.
