Looking for "Spy Kids"

A couple of years ago there were some appx 4" figures based on the "Spy Kids" movies. I'm looking for the bald man in a business suit. Any help appreciated,

Check Ebay for misc. figure lots.

Thanks, been doing that for months and found a lot of "Spy Kids", but never the bald guy. I remember a couple of board members trying him out with XD dioramas, but he is too far out of scale (closer to 1:16 or even larger). Thought someone might have one in their junk box.
