Small Scale Military Headquarters

What is a fair price for the P-40B Tomahawk 1:18 Flying Tigers Special Edition.
Ebay prices seemed to be around $130-160 plus shipping.
The top of my box is a little rough with the clear plastic separating from the cardboard.
