1. I've been collecting Corgi and Carousel 1 WWI in 1/48 for several years. Noticed that Corgi recently came out with a Frank Luke Spad XIII that I wanted to get, but now can not find:(
2. Any leads would be greatly appeciated!

That is a tough one to find... I never went for it when it was out, prefering to keep my 1:48 Matchbox Frank Luke Spad instead as it was so close in quality to the Corgi plane. I haven't seen that one around, but you can still find the Charles Biddle one if you're looking for a Corgi Spad flown by a US pilot.

1. Appreciate the reply! Believe I have the Spad to which you are referring. Looking for Frank Luke specifically. Didn't seem to be out that long, can't seem to find anywhere.
