Small Scale Military Headquarters

Well, I spent way to much at the West Coaster Toy Soldier show this weekend, so my next-to-last FOV Pershing is on the auction block. Starter is not low, but it is reasonable given what others have gone for (and the fact that I'm reluctant to sell it).
