3 3/4" Sitting German Sheperd, Can Anyone Use Him?

Found him in my parts box and really don't know how or why I have him. Must have been something I got for a project and never used. Anyway it is a sitting German Sheperd figurine. Feels like it is made of resin. It's 3 3/4" tall. He's in good shape and needs a home.
Was thinking maybe $7 shipped for him to a good home. Anyone interested send a PM please.
