BBI Elite Force figures

Anybody here collect or have an interest in the BBI Elite Force "Combat Command" figure & accessory sets...?? I discovered a small hoard (6 sets) of these while cleaning out a dark corner of my storage closet. They look 1/18-ish scale wise, but there's no indication of that on the packaging, so I really have no idea what the exact scale of these is. I have no need for these, and will let them go cheap.
