Best online prices for IJ figures?

I saw hundreds of these on clearance at Wally and Target and passed them by. Don't know what I was thinking. Haven't found any figures at local Big Lots, Marshalls, or the other reported places so I'm looking online, there still seem to be some decent deals. What do you recommend?
PS - Good Stuff to Go has what looks like great prices, but shipping on the eight figures in my cart came to over $40. Something not quite right about that....
