The rules state that you must be a member of the forum for 6 months before utilizing the B/S/T Forum. This is a safety precaution to prevent scammers from joining the day someone offers some items, and then disappearing with the goods. Sorry, I don't make the rules, and if you have any specific questions, you can talk to Aferg.
