* 21st.Century Jeeps ?

Post by MG-42 » Wed Feb 04, 2009 1:12 pm

Hi Paul :

* 21st.Century made an (S-1) green one in which the driver figure fits more accommodatingly than their other one because the figure is smaller in stature.

* Finally , the (S-2) BoB or "Bulge" ... Which has somewhat of a "white-washed & weathered" appearance , and has a regular GI as a driver figure , as opposed to their 1st. issue.

......... Both jeeps are HTF but I'd say the best and rarest is the "Bulge" one. ... I have 2 of ea. but am reluctant to let one of them go. However , evilBay or a trusty board-member is your best and only bet. :wink: = 8)

* Edit :
->>>-------> I do have a die-cast one by UT Models and an X-tra Gates in 1:18 scale , if your interested though. :wink:

Thanks for the info Mitch. I have the Gates version, and I like it. I would like to find a 21st Century if possible.

If I might just add my $.02, Paul, If you are patient and check evilbay on a daily basis, you will find a 21st century Jeep at a reasonable cost. I was fortunate to aquire the BoB s-2 jeep shipped to my house for $25.00. It had no box, but it was perfect none the less. Good luck and happy hunting.

They are all listed here, including several other 1:18 jeeps that may be easier to find (or not).

Put jeep in the search page.
