It may not matter to you at this point, but if your having the same landing gear problem I noticed several years ago, it can probably be fixed rather easily. I have no modeling skills, but enough 104's. Remove the spring loaded strut from the bad gear, then gently force the main gear apart from the other strut or something- take off the gear, look at it, notice where it swivels up and down that the space is too wide; allowing it to settle too much. Put a match, lighter, or hot screwdriver tip to it and bend it back to the appropriate size and put it back on. It will no longer have too much play and lay low like that. Its easier done than described. Now if something is really physically cracked, then ignore all the above.

Greetings

That's odd about the F-104's, I have never had that problem with them and I have my Canadian one on the gear for a long time now with no sign of breaking.

I guess I will have to keep an eye on it.

all of mine are displayed gear down, naturally, the gear will want to splay out, I just bring em inward with the weight on them and I have'nt had any issues, that I know of.
