#4 Country Captain Chicken ?? That's a new one. :)

My favorite used to be the creamed chicken stew (believe it or not). Looked like something you wouldn't want to eat, but tasted much better.

A few years back I bought two cases of the individually wrapped US Army MRE Orange Pound Cakes from the Sportsman's Guide catalog, man that stuff was good....yum. 8) Wish I could find more somewhere.... When I was a raw recruit in the early 70's MRE's did not yet exist, it was C rations, the most hated item I can remember was Ham & Lima beans in a can, popularly known as "Beans & Motherf....rs"...LOL  Kinda funny, but I actually liked them... 8)

After Katrina MREs about the only food that we could get down here. I loved every one that I ate.
