CT-114 Tutor in Snowbirds Colors Wanted

Greetings
This may be a tough find, but I am looking for a prebuilt diecast or plastic model of the CT-114 Tutor in the colors of the Canadian Snowbirds demonstration team. I know there have been a couple of kits made of the plane, but I was wondering if anyone had a built model of this aircraft that they would like to sell.
I don't have time to do a kit with teaching and I'd like a Tutor in this color scheme for my grandfather for Christmas. Thanks in advance.
