Just thought I'd mention, I'm the one bid who got the '41 Chevy flatbed. I just recieved it today, and I must say, I like it. I figured that if I got it cheap enough I could always find a use for it, but now that I have it, it's nice enought that I think it's fate is something other than a burned out wreck. I think it might find itself as a working farm truck in modern day Iraq, selling items under the watchful eye of a Bradley commander. I might have to "de-chrome" some of it, but then again, in all parts of the world there are people who take pride in their work, it's likely that rural Iraq isn't much different. It might need a FOV 55 gallon drum fuel tank added, as I have at least one extra one... And it looks good on my Opel.
I suppose I should add the the seller was easy to work with, and shipping was fast and trouble free. They have several diorama pieces listed for sale, and I might look into those. Also several WWII era 1:35 German cars. Check it out.
