are you sure it's the long tom? or is it the 8 inch howitzer? They look quite similar, except for the barrel length and thickness...

How would I recognize the difference without unboxing it? I am going by what 21st posted at Toy Fair...

they posted pics of both the long tom and the 8 inch howitzer at toy fair.

the barrel on the long tom is quite long and relatively slender, whereas the barrel on the 8 inch howizter is short and chunky in appearance. Does it not say on the box which gun it is? You may be quite right in saying it's the long tom, but the ebay pics i saw are of the 8 inch howitzer i think, so that may be the only one that's out so far.

It could well be the 8-inch, then. The barrel is long, but not "unusually" so. Unfortunately, the boxes don't indicate what is included--something that has always been a bit annoying about the 21st playset packaging. And since TKO got scooped on this one...

I will update the heading accordingly (or more accurately, generically).
