Cleaning House - XD and other items

Its time to refocus my collection. Before it all heads to eBay, thought I would see if there is any interest around here. There are still plenty of things I need to go through, but here is a preliminary list of items. All items don’t include shipping, but I’ll do what I can to ship it as reasonable as possible. If there is something you want, I can send some pictures so you can judge if it’s worth it.

Custom Eversparkle Building - $25
It’s the building in these pictures – bigger than what you can see. Pretty much an entry area, one room, and a parking area for a small vehicle. Premanantly mounted on wood board, with dirt "scenery"

Sorry if this is kinda scattershot, but I keep putting off selling the stuff, but need to get space cleared out. Also wouldn’t mind trading, but the only thing I can think I “need” is a BBi Blackhawk.
