I don't think this is 1/18 scale - Looks more for 1/6 use:

Yep, that's definitely 1/6. That is, unless BBi all of a sudden got really good at making 1/18 canteens and such. lol

What did this guy do, knock over a WM truck or broke into a shipping container on some west coast dock and made off with 130 new German 3 ton trucks?

Not bad at all. He should have hooked up with John's Stuff for some decals though.

Yeah, I love that "uber custom" thing  Even his ammo crates are Uber Custom, which explains the "uber" prices!!

All that's truly origional is the weathering. One could buy the Build-a-Rama accessories, the Sherman tank and the figures for less than half his asking price! With a screw driver and dremel, you can even lower the "seat" in the forward section quite easily to accomodate a figure. I've done that!

nice work....converted xd haltrack combined with the 1/16 diecast 88. The halftrack (not a famo, closer to an sdkfz 7) would be about 1/20 scale. They still look pretty good together. I bet it goes for a mint.

You need to contact the seller about this and tell him that you will contact Ebay as well about the infringement if he does not change it!
As well give him a time frame to either
A. correct the photo with his own or
B. tell him that you will file a complaint with ebay on the issue.
I would press this issue.

I already sent him an email. He said he was updating soon. This is the forth time that an another ebay seller has hijacked my photos! I guess my photography skills are on par with TKO (JK)
