I assume that they are 1/18 like the sellers indicates, but the army men look pretty big compared to the tanks.

There is no way that is 1/18.

Looks to be more like 1/72, with 1/32 unpainted figures around.

Not a tank guy, but seems pretty obvious to me.

I was told in a PM that the army men were produced in a large scale. If you scan the Panzer pictures you can see the commander is a 1/18 with the early articulated arms. I think someone got I good deal or two. I have two shermans and don't have any German artilary, so I passed on this information so others here could get the deal.

The tanks look to be 1:18 and the figures could be by Marx. If so they are reissue of figures from the 60's - 70's.
