Lookee what I got:

I'm sure some of you have seen this advertised along with other civilian vehicles on TV. Quite a unique piece IMO. Currently I got it nestled in between my Corsair, Folgore, and my Forces of Valor GPA Amphibian.

I caught that commercial on tv a while back. That looks real nice, is the scale true? Can't beat 20 bucks, thanks for bringing this to our attention. 8)

I might get the truck by itself.

I put both vehicles beside a couple of my 32X planes and my GPA Amphibian, and they look like the right scale (Although I was never good at accurate measurements ). These two items can't hold a candle to anything that 21st Century or FOV has detail wise, but you're right, for 20 bucks, you can't go wrong. Plus the truck could make a nice piece for some future dio. However, unless you find a way to remove the "Hickam Field" markings on the hood, you're kind of limited. :)

Pros:

Cheap and affordable
Looks like the right size next to other 1/32nd scale offerings IMHO.
Good detail on some parts (truck bed is one example)

Cons:

Both vehicles painted in overall OD (Even the interiors!)
Jeep does not feature an opening hood or engine like the truck
Spare tire underneath truck is molded into the body making it impossible to remove ( I forgot, It's in OD too. :x )

But hey, I can live with it.
