Dogfight Pack Folgore Gear Problem

I picked up the new Dogfight pack the other day and finally had a chance to put everything together. the Stuka is awesome, I have it hanging in a steep dive and it looks great. The Folgore on the other hand looks great but was a big pain in the butt to put together. I had to do some sanding to make the wing fit correctly and the bottom and rear antenna pieces needed to be shaved down with an X-Acto to fit into the holes. However, my main problem is that the left landing gear will not fully extend. The right works fine and the support strut fits into the little notch. The left side will only extend about 90% of the way, so I can't use the strut and it collapses.
Has anyone else had this problem or know a solution?

Sounds like the old "FIAT" syndrome...FixItAgainTony
Glad you did not report a retractable-gear Stuka

.... THAT would have been more than a collectors item!!

That's what I thought the problem might be, but I figured I would ask before I tampered with it. I will probably take the easy route and just hang it up.

I haven't heard that one in awhile, of course I don't remember the last time I saw a FIAT vehicle either. Somehow I can imagine some poor kid trying to assemble his Stuka and wondering how to make the gear go up.
