I was wondering if anyone knew where the V shaped camo on the new Panther would have been seen. It is in dunklgelb and grey. Also would it have been used on any other tanks?
Thanks for any info.

Camo Pattern
Hello,
This kind of disruptive pattern was probably used during urban combat, particularly as the Wehrmacht started to fall back onto more populated centers as they withdrew from Russian-controlled Europe. Its hard to say if an actual vehicle used this pattern but I'd guess that FOV was inspired by an artist's rendering or had access to an actual photo. In a way, it reminds me of the Minichamps "Oderfront" Panther, that used a similar striped pattern to break up its outline.
While not exactly aesthetically pleasing, I dare say the occupants of the vehicle were more interested in crew survivability than anything else and would've resorted to any kind of season-appropriate scheme to safeguard their lives.
