Hey guys, this is not my side of the board so feel free to call me a moron if this is common knowledge, but I got a recon report from another 1:18 guy that in a KB they had a 6 pack of Blue Box WWII 1:32 figures. It was interesting to us because it is the 1st evidence we've seen of small scale Germans by Blue Box. This bodes well for us in 1:18 land.....
Anyway, the set was Patton and 2 GIs, and Rommel with 2 Germans.
Blue Box 1:32 figures?
This is an OLD set guys!
This is a boxed set of really poor figures that, in my opinion, aren't compatible with other 32x or FOV figs. The reason is that they look like crumby clean shelf-display figures. I also think they are made of metal & plastic. There is also a Napoleanic French & Britsh set out. These have been on sale at KB for the last 2 years, if memory serves correct. I think the other die-hard 32nd scale collectors will agree with me on this. ??
What say you, men??

Blue Box
The line has been out for many years- probably since 98 or so.
I have nealry all of them. I picked them up when the only painted 1/32 scale stuff you could get new off the shelf were these or the then current Deetail/UN rereleases. They are fair. WII is not that great. The Rommell is not too bad. The Romans aren't too bad. They are $1-2 figs and you get what you pay for. I probably need to get rid of mine for space sake.
I would not think it would portend any future Blue Blox releases though.
