1/48 Littlebird at Wal-Mart, who made it??

Just picked up 2 diecast metal AH-6's in 1/48 scale at WM in OK last nite. One is black, the other is od green with Army markings. Come with 2 crew figs, not bad looking and the price is right. They come in the green style Motorworks boxes but DON'T say Motorworks. Like others they are marked New Millenium Toys on the back. My question is who made these...FOV??? :roll:
