Small Scale Military Headquarters

This is a line of tanks and other military vehicles that is showing at at Walmart. Does anyone know what scale the Panzer IV and Whirlbewind are? They look close to 1/48.

They are 1/48. They are from New Millenium Toys, which is essentially the same thing as saying they are from 21st Century.
