I have recieved the the pricing and letter from Panache place via email today. Along with the catalog but it is a damaged file and will not open.
But in the letter one of the new items they mentioned for 2007 was 1/72 r/c battle tanks. Has any one seen what they look like yet.

News to me. Would these be modern or WWII? Sounds cool though....

Thanks for the heads up.

Hi Guys,
One is a Tiger I tank and the other is a T-34/85. Both are in 1:72 scale. I'm going to try and crop out the image from the brochure we received in the email so you can see what they look like before the show. Supposedly, they have infra-rad capability so you can simulate a battle. I'm not big into R/C, so I doubt we'll stock them unless there is a big public demand.

Check your version of Adobe acrobat reader, that could possibly be your trouble. I had the same problem opening the 2007 FOV catalog PDF on my home PC which has an older version of Adobe reader, it kept saying "file damged" or some such, but when I tried it at work with the Adobe version 8 reader it opened right up. Worth a try anyway. Good luck.

Hi All,
Here's the image from FOV's new brochure.
Very cool! This adds a whole new dimension to small scale wargaming.

I'm very interested in seeing these. I find it hard to believe the turrets would rotate or guns elevate, which would be about the only way that these would be awesome. The schemes are unique, though I wish there were markings of some kind on the T34.

I agree, if the turrent and gun moved I'd put these on the "must have" list....maybe above "toilet paper".
