Deal of the year on Dragon Armor DRR60001

Post by Tshintl » Sun Jan 14, 2007 1:23 pm

I just got a really good deal on Ebay. I won (3) Dragon Armor DRR60001 Tiger I tanks for just $42! I actually got a 4th DRR60001 tank in the same auction but it has a broken barrel.

The seller was a wargamer and the auction was described as such, so no competition from other collectors that would know about the collectible aspect of the tanks.

There are some good deals out there, it's stumbling on them that's the hard part.

I paid for the auction today and expect the tanks to ship tomorrow. I will post the link to the auction late Wednesday once I know they are on the way to me safe and sound;)

In this case, they were not listed as Dragon Armor or diecast making it harder for your average collector to find in a search. I found them doing a search for wargaming vehicles. I knew instantly what they were when I saw the pictures.

LOL, I don't know yet. I will probably convert the damaged one, but not sure about the other three.

I've found other good deals just this week. Found a Dragon Armor DRR60004 and a DRR60006 that both went for under $20 each. No box, but perfect condition.
