i come to see a future release of a Sherman M4A4 Free French...
but, it's marked "new tooling"...

What means this expression ?

It means that it is a new mold or product. The picture looks pretty nice. I don't collect that scale anymore but it is tempting. 30 something years ago I painted a Airfix M4 in 1/76 in Free Frecn markings.
