Anybody know of a source for decent 1/72nd scale WWII Russian figures, preferably plastic, painted or unpainted?? Any info is appreciated. Thanks, and a happy turkey day to all.

Revell still does the 1/72 soft plastic figures.

Your local hobby shop should have them, or should be able to get them.

I believe the stock number is 02510 for the Soviet WWII Infantry set...

If all else fails, you can try Squadron Mail Order or even Evilbay...

FYI...

I was at my local hobby shop today and noticed that they had Italeri and Arfix figure sets for WWII Russian Infantry in 1/72 scale.

For what it's worth, I bought two Italeri sets myself (US Special Forces, Vietnam and Vietnamese Regulars) and the moldings were VERY clean with almost no flash. The plastic appears to be a better grade than the soft plastic that the Revell sets are made from (I have a couple of those as well...)
