32x Corsair wing droops...

Has anyone tinkered with their Corsair wings in order to get them to lock tight in to place with out a gap around the hinge? The "Big Hog" version locks up nice and tight with no gap. the "White Tailed" version seems to have a small gap and droop slightly no matter what I do. Any ideas?

Interesting that the "Big Hog" Corsair has the wing gap fixed. Nearly every "Devil Dogs" Corsair I've seen had a gap, though on some it was more aparent than on others.

Also try a sharp exact blade to cleanup the joint/tab ares.. Both of my Corsairs (DD and BH) are tight fits, but they go together well..

At least you guys have corsairs! I have yet to see one in my area and it sucks.

The only way I have mine is from great members who graciously shipped me some from California..
