Hobby Master wants your input

Post by hawkonevoodoo » Thu Oct 26, 2006 10:01 am

Hobby Master is going to make another M1A1 Abrams and would like your input.
What paint scheme along with the name of the platoon or division and what is your reason for wanting this particular version, what sets it apart from others? Example; the first company into Iraq or Kuwait and so on. As far as I know the paint schemes are quite limited so please show a picture of you request, that will make it more appealing to make it. Here's your chance.

HM M1 Abrams

Hi Hawk,
Rather than offering another repaint, why not ask if they'll consider adding a mine plough to the front of a current version or perhaps turn their current M1 into the bridgelaying variant?

If they're insistent upon offering another standard M1, I'd go with one of the units involved in Operation Iraqi Freedom (3rd ID, 4th ID, 1st Marines MEF) as a tribute to their courage and determination under fire.

My choice would be the Abrams knocked out during the first Thunder Run into Baghdad nicknamed "CAJONE EH"
