Is 7.00 a good price for a 1/32 FOV individual figure??

Even the original $10 price was good if you compare similar metal figures from Brittians, K&C, etc.. but.. given the quantity of these that I've seen in our WM's I would guess the price will go lower than $7 at some point because they are just not moving. I'm holding out for the $3 clearance aisle option if and when.
