Way to go Dragon! Finally some US armor to stand toe-to-toe with all that German weaponry. Very nice indeed!

September/October......you silly optimist
I have never understood Dragon release schedule. They have announced the Stug III for sometime, yet nothing on the release schedule. It is good to finally see some more variety. I wish they would have choosen something like the M18 Hellcat, Priest, or Stuart which have not been done by anyone.

Cheesecake,

yes, it would be nice. But I'm afraid, that we both have to wait some time for "our" Shermans: the French and Polish forces used mostly the export versions, M4A2 or M4A4, and I'm sure the American versions will be released first. But there were exceptions: many "non export" M4A3(105mm)s in your service or M4A1(76)Ws as the basic equipment of our 1st Armoured Division since late 1944. Well, we will see...

Greetings to France!

Hello Cheesecake,

I'm sorry, I don't understand French, but the title - yes

It's interesting: I just read another foreign book (but in the Polish translation...) about that division "The Black Devils' March. A Doomed Odyssey" by Evan McGilvray.

It's about time. The guy at Dragon that makes all the German armor must have been sick the day they approved this tank.

- Well, which tank will be the next?
- I'd suggest a German...
- [not hearing well] A Sherman?
- No Sir, I said...
- All right! Be it so! What version of the Sherman?

Since Dragon is finally coming out with a Sherman, it might be a good time to try to get the Matchbox Shermans, 1/72. They are very well made, in the CDC fashion. Stratton Toys has 2 of these 3000toys.com in a "package" deal - 2 Shermans, and a P47 Thunderbolt, for $39.99. A little high, but the Shermans are well worth it. You also might find them at an ebay store. Check them out. You can also find them at Tuesday Morning.
