Expected to be released this May, the F-toys WWII War Bird Collection is a set of plastic, 1:144 scale aircraft in the Japanese Candy Toy format. The eight regular release models in this set are ready-made, but unfinished. Pre-painted detail parts will need to be cut loose from a runner. Also, additional markings are provided as waterslide decals.
In addition to the two paint schemes for each aircraft type, there will probably be a rare, limited-edition Chase Piece model as well, making a total of twelve models for this set. However, the manufacturer also appears to have a 13th model available as a premium if you submit proofs-of-purchase.
