A Call to Arms figures...what scale?

i've seen these figures listed as both 1/32 and 1/35. Does anyone have these or know which they are?
I have the CTA Zulu and 24th foot. They are very nice figs, but are hard to match with other 54mm makers; they're a lot smaller than the corresponding Conte and Frontline zulu/24th foot.
