Small Scale Military Headquarters

Does anyone remember the old Tomy partially diecast metal tank models that used to be sold about 25 years ago? I think they were 1/72 scale. They had metal topsides and plastic lower hulls and running gear along with rubber tracks. I had the SU-85(Russian SP gun) and a couple Patton tanks in storage but I cant find them. Just curious if anyone remembers them. I recall they cost $1 each.

I remember those as well. Glad you brought that memory back to mind. I had a white SU-85, a grey Tiger I (why can't they ever get that right), and a green Patton. There might have been other ones (I vaguely recall a Tiger II). Mine were lost long ago ... probably in a sandbox somewhere.
