These are the old Vitesse/Victoria line from the mid-'90s being reissued. Contrary to what the bos says, they are actually 1:43, so if you put them next to the Corgi armor, you'll find them pretty out of scale.

Those WWII pieces and an earlier modern line of 1:48th products have been out at Wal Mart for some time. All the store in my AO had them, even when they had no other 21c products!
