New Forces of Valor Images

Post by lightning2000 » Sat Jan 21, 2006 9:44 am

Hello,
We've posted images of the upcoming 1:32 scale US 105mm field howitzer with crew along with the German 88mm Flak Gun with crew, both from Forces of Valor. We're hoping to obtain images of their other new products shortly along with their second half product announcements. The images are in our Unimax Forces of Valor section and can also be viewed at the manufacturer's web site. Enjoy!

Hi,
Try this link:

http://www.themotorpool.bigstep.com/cat ... %7C1225263

Then scroll down towards the bottom and look for the 88mm flak gun and the 105mm field howitzer. We also posted mini images of the two items on our "Diecast Coverage" page. This page will be updated daily from here on out as we learn of new items or acquire updated images.

Cordially,

Cool pics. Looking forward to more.

One thing - why does that website charge 3 bucks + shipping for brochures when you can get them from the company for free?

You guys might like to know that the Forces of Valor site has been updated as well. Don't get your hopes too high....they just added the 88 and 105 to the Half-Tracks and Artillery page.

Does anyone know what else we might see in 06?
Other than what's already been stated.

Brochures

Post by lightning2000 » Sun Jan 22, 2006 6:42 am

Hi Ziegler,
Actually, we usually include the most current brochures with a shipment free-of-charge if you're ordering 1:32 scale products. Also, manufacturers usually supply dealers with only a fixed amount of literature. As a result, we try not to give them out randomly...

Thanks, lightning.

Do you have any of the older brochures? I'd definitely pay for those.

Brochures

Post by lightning2000 » Sun Jan 22, 2006 10:21 am

Hi Ziegler,
Ya know, for some reason we've been having a run on some of the older Unimax brochures. Its almost as if people are hoarding them, especially the nicer catalogues that were produced over the last couple of years! I know we're out of the 2005 brochure but I think we still have a few of the 2004 left. Plus, we expect Unimax will be offering either a full-color 2006 catalogue or brochure at the upcoming Toy Fair.

My recommendation would be to wait a couple of weeks until Toy Fair to see what's available. Then you can contact us to see what's still available unless you simply cant wait...

They are hoarding them! I know...I've been hoarding catalogs and brochures since I was a kid.
