:? Wish the pictures of tank had included a ruler/tape measure as I have often found my idea of 1/32 and a Chinese dealer's idea of 1/32 isn't always the same unless some one on the site has knowledge of the model company box shown if they are a true 1/32,I'm not familiar with that brand name.

i bought one. at that price and free shipping why not? hopefully if who ever this company is see that 1/32 is selling they will make more stuff. i see they have a ww1 horse a limber and a horse and rider in 1/32 also. if you look you can find pics of the germans using them in Normandy in WW2 and the French used them in the begining of WW2 also. it will make a great subject to paint.

P.s. thanks for the pic Kevin!

At 7" it's actually 1/28 scale. I can't find any info on the heritage of this vehicle, so I can only surmise this is the result of Chinese disregard for copyright law.

As the only game in town, what are you going to do? So it's about 8"-9" inches too long, nobody needs to know but us, right?

Now does your reference measurement include the anti-trench thing on the back, or doesn't it?

Yes, but if you don't count that it still isn't quite 1/32.

Yeah, I found some line drawings and I made some calculations and determined the model above is about 18cm long, and a true 1/32 one should be about 16cm. This is the length including the anti-trench thinger.

I bought one as well. I don't believe that it's from a new line, however. A French member of another forum thinks it is part of a number of models, including figures, that Atlas made without paint, some time ago but didn't follow through on.

damn out of scale. i have a white metal FT-17 model kit in 1/32. i guess i will have to compare when it gets here. the seller has a few more WW! items in 1/32 same brand so i thought it was a new line. I'm so hungry for 1/32 i jumped the gun on this one.

i got mine yesterday. its quite a bit bigger then the white metal one i have. my experience is that a lot of white metal that claims 1/32 is really 1/35 tho. this tank look alright next to a 21c sherman though i have no reference to go off of. the turret dosn't turn and the gun is glued solid. but if you fake the screws out of the bottom and push on the pegs for the turret. the turret will come off and you can push on the gun. this will break the glue then when you put it back together. the gun will elevate at least

He also has them for $9.99 but charges $12 Shipping so it's sort of a difference between having 6 of 1 thing or 1/2 a dozen of 1 thing.

may be if you buy in bulk at $9.99 and combine shipping then youll come out better? but in reality its just to catch your eye at a cheaper price. they do the same thing with the 21c hetzer shipped from china

They pop up on eBay still. The company, Atlas is often named as the maker and they seem to be coming out of the nether regions of mainland China. They also market horses and French artillery pieces from WW1.

The 75 mm gun is the same that the US used there in France in WW1. I have bought the limbers and cassions for very cheap. I am painting one set in US camouflage and another set in French Artillery blue.

The horses, both rider and draft horses seem pretty close to 1/32 scale, maybe 1/30th. I will post pics of the finished products soon...

I will. I have them done already. Just waiting for the Atlas made cannons to show up. They are nicely made and generally cheap if you shop around. The cannons are a bit pricey, usually running around $50-$60. The limbers and cassions can be had for $9-$15 if you are patient...
