Parts is parts..Phantom F-4RF-4E

I just picked up the Hobby Master Phantom F-4 RF-4E in the Israeli AirForce scheme. It has some extra parts I wasn't sure about. I know where the missiles and drop tanks go, but there is a pod sort of thing in OD paint and another pod which takes the place of one of the missile racks.
What would the green pod be for and where would it mount? What would be a typical configuration for a load out using the parts included?
The RF version has always been my favorite type of Phantom. I have a USAF version on the way too...
