My WW2 Japanese Armor Collection

With my decision to give up on 1:72nd scale armor models, my WW2 Japanese collection shrank as my little HM pieces went into storage. So, I've been filling in with kit-makes bought on eBay and repainted, in several cases. At present, I have five models in the 1:30th-1:35th scale range. Here they are, starting with two from King & Country ( Type 97 ) and Figarti ( Type 95 ) :

Didn't know you gave up on 1/72 armour, Ed.
But still getting the larger scale stuff, so that is good to see. Much less selection in diecast, but getting already built kits is a good option. Less fragile parts than aircraft, so shipping isn't such a worrisome issue.
Looking forward to seeing what else you pick up.

I have a few of these in 1:35 kits, but I can only dream of them in 1:32 die-cast.

Yeah if the Marketing Dept at FOV had ANY BRAINS eh these would be some of their next releases..

Well, I think the smartest choices for FOV (if they were to do Japanese armor)
would be the CHE-HA tank with "EARLY" and "LATE" turret.
But most of all, the Type 2 "Ka-Mi" Amphibious tank.
First issue would be without the pontoons, then the second would be "WITH" the removable pontoons.
Who could resist?
