So does this mean I need to go to Wal Mart or TRU, pick up a bag of those "little green Army men," save it unopened for 50 years, then sell it on ebay?

Come on guys, it's probably a SEALED, MINT, UNOPENED bag of MPC SOVIETS.
Easy to find the figures, but unopened with header card??

:?: You forgot to put a joke sign on your post, you are joking right?,Timmee Russian figures have no comparison to the MPC Russians. If you are not familiar with them the Ebay Auction picture should still be available and you could just Google Timmee Russians for a picture. The Auction Timmees were loose but did have a header card included.
