Small Scale Military Headquarters

Anyone purchased from Echo Base Toys? So far i'm unimpressed. After 5 days nothing has happened, no shipping notice, they haven't charged my credit card nothing.

What's bugging me right now is i tried to contact them but can't. I get an automated response saying all incoming emails are blocked to control spam and if i want to be put on the list of people that can email, i have to click on the link contained in the email. But the link doesn't work.

So it's impossible to contact them. Is this some fly by night outfit or what?

I have bought Dragon diecast (B-29) from them. Got it in about two weeks.

ok thanks for that, but so far i'm not impressed at all. A company that doesn't allow their customers to contact them shouldn''t be in business, in my view.

I did receive an order receipt from echobasetoys right after I submitted the order. I did not receive any info after that until the item arrived.

They've got a store in Temple City, CA. They're basically two brothers with a ton of military and Star Wars items and an ancient website. If you called their store I'm sure they would have answered the phone.

i was finally able to contact them by email. Seem like good guys. They even charged me less for shipping then i authorized on my cc. So all is well it seems.

Well, to my amazement, my Enola Gay showed up today. Took just one week from California to me here in Canada. Well packaged and as i mentioned above, they charged me a reduced rate for shipping even though i had authorized $18 higher (priority vs first class). They could have kept the money but they didn't.

Five stars. I already ordered from them again. Very highly recommended.
