Question On New Tamiya 1/48th Panzer grenadier set

Has any one seen the new Panzer Grenadier set from Tamiya's 1/48 scale line. Are they already painted like there models? I saw them on sale for $9.00 and was wondering if they are worth it.

They are not finished/painted - the only figures that Tamiya offers that are pre-painted/pre-finished are German and U.S. Infantry in the 1/35th scale product line.
