Dragon releases for November, what will we actually see

Dragon USA has an impressive list of releases for November which includes the following tanks: 1 stug IV, 2 Nashorns, 1 Hummel, and 2 jagdpanthers. Any guess on how many of these make it to stores by the end of November? My guess is that this is way too overly optimistic.
