Hey Jim,
Can we get more info? Does it come with fixed or retractable landing gear any accessories? Thanks. Corey

Thanks for that Jim.

A good way to get the NMF to shine, and it doesn't look overdone.

Wonder how much these will be?

Okay, now that we've seen the Red Tail, how about doing this to a 72 B-17G?

That sure would look great in 1:18 scale Jim!

Looks cool 8)

I'm guessing these will be fixed landing gear down like other Witty Wings WWII aircraft no?

I just found my 1:72 Matchbox / Dinky Redtail P-51D and it's fixed landing gear up, so one of these would be nice next to it.

Witty has been giving landing gear up / gear down options for their recent releases so chances are good this Mustang is not fixed wheel down

Nice bare metal effect to set yourself apart from competitors, I heard Corgi did it before but the shine did not last long and became stained in patches, hope Witty has figured how to deal with that

According to BadCat it comes with positionable landing gear, and a stand. Sounds like gear up or down option to me.

And agree that it would be good to see how it holds up over time. On a positive note, it is only $35, so even if it does fade, not an expensive model.

That's a tolerable price. Should do well since it's a Redtail P-51.
Hope to get one before their gone.
