High prices for sure - a 1:200 scale plane isn't that big at about 6-7 inches long. TheFlyingMule always sells its products at retail cost so they are not inflating anything. Its really the manufacturer that has upped the price. Compared to other 1:200 scale aircraft models I've seen that are made of plastic, these are diecast and finely detailed. They also appear to have very limited numbers... Hence the high cost.

well when badcat had the c-17 it was priced at $144.95 and from all the sites ive been on ive never seen these 1:200 planes under $60 so i think im just going to stick with skymarks just hopefully thay will come out with a c-17 soon...

The Flying Mule's prices are reasonable, but it pays to shop around.

BTW, the Gemini Aces C-17 has had great reviews, and apparently weighs a lot. Big chunk of diecast.

And although I don't collect them, I understand that the 1/200 civvies are quite expensive.
