Any interest in trading/buying 1/144 aircraft?

I know this isn't the b/s/t page, but this is a hypothetical question: A Japanese manufacturer is coming out with a set of 1/144 'blind box' aircraft with PBY‐5A Catalina, Short Sunderland Mk. III and MBR‐2bis (Soviet). All I want are a couple of the Sunderlands and have no need for the others. Would there be interest among board members to buy/trade for the other models? No information yet on the specific colors, patterns or insignia, in these cases there are usually two or three versions of each model. Nothing committed right now, just asking.

Flayrah,
If you're not allergic to ebay and shipping fee, there are asian (hk) sellers that will usually sell them individually with the box opened for verification so you get exactly what you want. It sure beats buying blind multiples in a lottery and may end up with many that you do not want.
If you're in for many from the series its also good to buy the entire complete set with or without the secret items (they do list entire sets, no repeats) and sell the few that you do not need.
You can also keep an eye out for US sellers that do the same but just not as quick as asian sellers

Gouchy - thanks, I won't buy or sell on ebay any longer so that severely limits my individual purchase options!

No problem Flayrah, kinda guessed you might be avoiding dealing on ebay, plenty of folks around here that detest them.
I'm not happy with ebay in some ways but I can't do without it as some things I can only get thru them, its a darn drug dealer
