Its funny i just mentioned that i had been exchanging emails with All-Go.
we just received word that 2 reissues will land in late may early june.
13315 S6 P51B Shangri La
13314 S2 FW190A 7/A 8/A 9 Schroeder "Red 19"
I hope this will happen and we have been told that we can start pre selling these. they have plans for 3-4 more repaints later this year. Im happy to hear this but also not going to get excited until we have confirmation of shipment.
so take the news as you wish and remain hopeful

Thanks for sharing AG. So the rumor you heard and shared with us earlier was correct. 8)

This is a start. Some signs of life from Allgo.

If this is really true, it is the best news I have heard in a long time. But based on previous experiences, I won't be holding my breath.
So what is the pricing going to be like?

$79.99, because the planes will have boobs painted on the nose

Actually I hope it's true. I never saw a lot of the last few planes on the shelves anyway. My Walmarts only carried the armor.

I hope this is true, I missed out on the 1/32 planes when they were readily available.

I'l pay that for a new repaint. My guess is that the "nude" release will be "Passion Wagon" P-51D? They've already spent some time on the subject.

In re-releasing planes already done I think that the "Shangri La" is a good choice in the P-51B/C since it's limited availability as a TRU exclusive.
As far as I'm concerned they can re-release all of the P-51D's (with the old sculpt and the battleship rivets on them) and put the paint on the new P-51D sculpt. There were more of the old inferior ones than the three new superior ones we got and many good choices they may already have the paint process worked out. There's a few I wouldn't mind seeing again in the new tooling like "Big Beautiful Doll" 8)

Any other tidbits would be appreciated AG. Were starving over here in 1:32 land.

I would like to see more of the "new tool" P-51D Mustangs only, none of the old tooling please.
I am not sure about the $40 pricetag either. Of course I don't expect Walmart prices, but these are really more along the lines of $30 models than $40. At $40, I certainly won't be buying as many as I'd like to.

I've seen them on ebay every once and a while, So the one you have is it the old tooling? Otherwise I surely would buy one if it was the new version. Is why I didn't buy one yet. I just can't stand the huge rivets, though "Big Beautiful Doll" is one of my favorite schemes and I have one in 1:18. Here's a 1:32 one now but it looks like the old one: http://cgi.ebay.com/Ultimate-Soldier-P- ... _500wt_930

From what I understand there were only three new P-51D's "Miss Bonnie" "Double Nuthin" and "Sharkmouth RAF"

At any rate I'll be happy with anything in the way of new paint schemes too. Maybe we can get the 1:48 "Boise Bee" P-51B/C in 1:32. 8)

I almost feel sorry for the poor b*stards that paid nearly $200 for a "Shangri La" not too long ago.

I'm not against reissuing existing paint schemes since so little new has come out on 1/32 scale aircraft. It does give newer collectors (and some seasoned ones) a chance to aquire these versions, and that is a good thing.
However, I hope that Allgo actually follows through this time, and even the reissues of previous schemes would at least be a start!
The potential for new P51 & F190 schemes is endless...Guess we'll find out!

Big Beautiful Doll was ONLY released in the old tooling in 1/32, the new tool BBD Mustang was the 1/18 scale.
You are correct, the only new tool 1/32 Mustangs were "Miss Bonnie" "Double Nuthin" and "Sharkmouth RAF".

Great news for the 1:32 aircraft fans! It only seems like yesterday that I got my "Shangri La" at TRU for $20 and was picking up "Red 19" FW-190s on clearance at Wal Mart for $8 (still have a couple stashed away).

On one hand I'm disappointed that these are not new repaints, but they are repaints, and good ones that on two of 21c/AllGo's better toolings in 1:32 scale. They also bring the promise of more things to come, particularly repaints using the retooled P-51D mould, which will be great 8)

Great news on AllGo still alive and kicking. Too bad on the repaints though. I will pass on both as already have 2 extra Shangri-la and umpteen "red 19" stacked in closet for customs. Seems a new scheme or possibly the Spit that was never released from years ago, would have been good to launch a restart for them. Not gonna knock their re-entry into the market and wish them great success, just gonna pass on these first 2.

Great to hear that AllGo will be releasing something. :D

And I think it is a smart move on their part starting out with 1/32. Good choice re releasing these two schemes, as they are very popular. However, many of us that collect this 1/32 line, already have these two schemes. I know I do. So, sales might be sluggish simply due to the fact that these have already been done.

I would have preferred a couple of new schemes, and will probably pass on these first two. Lots of other great schemes that are still to be done though.

The $40 price tag is fair IMO, as the Walmart days are over, and I think all of us would want AllGo to at least make a profit on these.

I wish AllGo success in this venture, and hopefully we will get more schemes done, and some other aircraft as well.

I second that. Maybe once they're back on their feet they'll get back into 1/32 armor. One can only hope...
